It’s just been one of those days lol.

Today I’ve just discovered that my hot water boiler is leaking. Still at least i’ve got the novel plot on the go today. I’m going to share exactly how I’m doing it on the blog.

If you’re a publisher, I think that http://www.pressmart.net are leading the way in online delivery. Stuck here in Cri-Fi towers, I didn’t realise that digital delivery had gotten so advanced.

the list of clients is certainly impressive. When they go into digital delivery of published novels they nay be getting a lot of work I think

At the moment, Apple seem to be trying their hardest to be the default delivery system but the problem of multiple formats is one I feeel that could be Apple’s undoing as fashions and fads seem to change so quickly. iPod may be all the rage at the moment but I remember when the TRS 80 was equally as popular.

I’d be interested to see just how many people download e-books to their PC and then print them out. There still seems something not quite as tangible in an electronic version of the printed word.

I suppose with twenty somethings embracing gadgets as a status symbol we could see the day when digital media is the norm but I’m afraid old guys like me who grew up around books (now they grow up around me. If there’s a flat space at our p;lace there’s a stack of books on it) will stick to the old ways a while yet.

Interesting post, digital publishing replaced the traditional publishing and it becomes revenue generation tool for the print publishers. E-publishing is the best tool to compete the rising broadcast media. All of the print publishers are already using the web to circulate their publications and some publishers are using the services like http://www.pressmart.net to distribute their publications through new technology mediums.
